Mr. Santosh Patil

Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. Patil is an ambitious person with a background of 20 years in Management Finance and in Commodity Trading, who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any market or situation that he undertake, he has been hardworking, convincing and excellent in work module with all type of challenges come forward and give projected results to others so can achieve a certain positive objectives on time. Mr. Patil has been a successful in business himself having stints in the fields of entertainment, event management, advertising and financial consultancy, enjoys entrepreneurial experience of over a decade. Given the background of his experience and qualification he is well capable to implementing any Challenges.

Mr. Surendra Manjrekar

Director

Mr. Manjrekar has Completed studies in Commerce field with 30 years of experience in Administration management, he is ambitious person with technical ideas of seven years in Print Media Export, and Fifteen years with a background in Financial Consultancy who has been, convincing and excellent in Challenges come in forward, Mr Manjrekar always motivated and guided his team to complete the task. Given the background of his experience he is the best person to be trusted.

Mr. Upendra Gadgil

Mr Upendra Gadgil is a passionate technology evangelist with a deep commitment to innovation. With over 25 years of expertise in Optical Instrumentation, he specializes in designing advanced reflectors for concentrating Solar energy. His leadership has been instrumental in assembling a skilled team focused on developing cutting-edge systems based on Hybrid Concentrated Solar Power (Hybrid CSP). Known for his resourcefulness and dynamic approach, Mr Gadgil excels in managing multiple projects with competing deadlines, consistently driving efficiency and delivering results. His proactive approach to problem-solving enables him to identify and streamline inefficient processes, optimizing operations for maximum productivity. With extensive experience in highly competitive markets, Mr Gadgil brings strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to every challenge. A decisive and solutions-oriented professional, he is adept at overseeing field operations and ensuring seamless execution of all administrative requirements. He is also an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with a forward-thinking mind set. His expertise in CAD/CAE allows him to interpret data and create innovative models, contributing to the successful design and implementation of complex systems.
